Lithuanian traditions are spreading beyond the homeland: we participated in the Lithuanian community of Cyprus gathering in Larnaca in 2025 on November 15–16.
At this event, folk artists led educational workshops on patterned sashes (Simona Rainienė) and straw gardens (Martynas Mikelionis). Both activities attracted particular interest—participants not only learned craft techniques but also shared their connection to Lithuania, traditions, and family histories.
